Completed Scholarship Applications are due to the MRMCA Office May 1, 2009 This is an annual scholarship to be awarded to a Maryland high school graduate who is accepted for enrollment at any of the participating Community Colleges or Universities with a major in Concrete or Construction Management or related degree. Applications and accompanying materials must be submitted to the MRMCA by May 1. Scholarship will be awarded by June 1 for the following school year.    The scholarship recipient will be notified by June 15. • Download Signup Form
